Visiting this website

Our web host, Infomaniak, records each request to this website in server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. These logs are used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors. They are stored in Switzerland and deleted automatically after a short period.

If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies or tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. Its fonts, images and videos are served from g.watch itself, so your browser contacts no other company while you read these pages.

Our apps

Each app has its own privacy policy:

Writing to us

If you find an issue or have a suggestion for improvement, email us at contact@g.watch.

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. Google may process emails in the European Union, the United States and other countries. For transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union, Google relies on the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

Links to the app stores

Links to Google Play and the App Store take you to websites run by Google and Apple, where their own privacy policies apply. Purchases are made through those stores and are covered by each app's privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Only Infomaniak and Google process it on our behalf, as described above. We would disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it or to stop processing it, by writing to contact@g.watch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this notice and its effective date.
